Spent tonight playing around with lightwave. The fracture tool creates too much of a mess to work well with the render process and ain't no one got time to fix that mess. And the denoiser makes a bit of a mess of stuff :hmm

Wasted most of today trying to do something cooler but ended up with nothing so decided to try to see if playing with render settings would get rid of the black refraction issue. Somewhat successful. I'm still convinced it's mostly the shit mesh post fracture. Still a lot of noise but this is my desktop for now. It's orange. I don't think I've ever had anything orange on my dt :lol

Don't we all want to be a lighthouse, deep down? I've got ideas for what I want to add to the scene next, but who knows if I'll ever get back to it :circles
