i have their first record. it's pretty well put together. the vocalist is a former colleague and mate and i like to support people i know. he left the band (and i never felt interest in their new line up, it's too generic death metal) around the time he got married to a pagan witch/hippie/whatever she is (i don't know her personaly but she comes accross as pretty honest on social media and i like honesty) and is now helping her with her "witch" business while also having a side business of pagan stuff. the little bag with runes and the lizard amulet were made and sent by him for me. he's a cool guy.

for today's light hearted song, have the tokusentai theme (aka that one time the comic relief villains were actually bad ass and slaughtered everyone's ass, including brutally breaking a child's neck in a pleasantly refreshing graphic manner, and became fan favourites, since comic relief villains are usually used as stumbling fools that add nothing to stories and only unbearably drag and stretch the plot. i hate useless comic relief villains)

I vaguely remember those guys. I don't remember much about the story except there was some baddy named freezer (I'm sure that's not quite right or is different depending on localisation), and the long hair dudes could turn into giant monkeys and then some of them could merge to make super tough dudes that would be top tier until someone spent enough episodes powering up. Good times. I do not remember that song though.

the series has an awesome soundtrack. too bad most people never got to hear it due to the horrible dubs worldwide that are still screwing the series for the purpose of westernization to this day. that includes replacing the soundtracks. it's weird how they portray the main character as a superman clone, warrior of justice, when he's just a very naive alien who enjoys fighting
this song is the theme song for the ginyu force, a special task unit under the command of freeza, dedicated to deal with matters his regular army or direct subjects couldn't deal with within freeza's empire.
