So far my thoughts on this acid maths is that I was expecting more fractal inspired maths shiz. This all sounds like the sort of music peeps were playing at all night forest raves at the turn of the c. Which is not to say it's bad, just that it's nothing revolutionary. Man, acid was so much fun. I could finally understand what cats saw in laser pointers.

i think acidmath is certainly suitable for raves but it's more calm than what i experienced back in the day. more of trip music than party hard in my opinion

maybe. I thought some of it was pretty intense stuff, but I suppose most of it was pretty chill trippy shit. The doofs I went to played a mix of trippy and intense dance stuff. That said I was usually off splashing around in a nearby stream or chilling on a nice patch of grass with little thought for the music. Sometimes the dance stuff would freak me out when I was peaking. Like, woooo man, calm down a bit. The dawn of disillusionment and the rise of angst. Such days. I was kinda late to the party on that one.

Now it's 20 past 2 am 15 years later and I'm listening to With Teeth. Life is kinda cool now. Every night is like my own personal party. Every day is exactly the same.
