I fcuking give up. Give this one a last try. I know I have all the port forwarding set correctly, but you might have to do that too on your end. I can't really test that part of it out here as I only have one static IP address. I remember port forwarding is kinda fuck of bullshit when your ISP doesn't give you a static ip address unless you have a vpn that gives you one and allows port forwarding.

It's weird. I can see you when I first open the tracker and look at peers. Then you go poof. Try this one. I got it to work on another computer on my network.

I wouldn't worry about the port forwarding unless you do have the VPN or static IP from ISP.
