Banner ideas

As you may know. I make the banners. I'll come up with a new one every once in a while when I'm tired of what we've got. I send them to Jim and he can switch them around as he likes. Or not, if he dislikes them.

HOWEVER I'd love to get some ideas as to what I can make in the future. I've got a couple in mind, but I'd love to get some input from you lovely people! POST IDEAS HERE PLEASE.
